The company's flagship product EPOC Monitor is an electronic patient records and clinical correspondence system that interoperates with existing hospital patient administration systems and various primary care messaging applications to ensure clinical correspondence is transferred between secondary care and primary care speedily and safely.

Epoc’s products are designed for hospitals in the National Health Services of England and Wales but are also available to healthcare providers in other sectors. They are all built on the Microsoft .Net Framework, Microsoft SQL Server and integrated with Microsoft Office.

Clinical coding uses SNOMED CT, the Dictionary of Medicines and Devices and with the option to include additional localised dictionaries of terms.
